As part of a working visit to Balkhash, the PMTS-KZ team reviewed the operations of the processing plant and visited the tailings storage facility. Specialists examined the current infrastructure and production processes.
During the meeting with the enterprise's management, prospective projects for processing copper-bearing tailings and technogenic mineral formations were reviewed, along with potential implementation formats, including BOT.
Special attention was given to upgrading and increasing the efficiency of the existing processing and metallurgical capacities, as well as further areas of cooperation.
